Leftover Chicken Wraps with Yogurt Sauce

Leftover Tip: Use cooked chicken from a roast or meal prep.
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika or mild chili powder
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
1 carrot, grated
3 whole grain wraps or pita
3 tbsp plain yogurt + squeeze of lemon + pinch of garlic powder
Steps:
Toss chicken with oil and spice in a pan (just to warm up and flavor).
Spread yogurt sauce in wrap, layer chicken, cucumber, and carrot.
Roll up and slice in half.
