Leftover Chicken Wraps with Yogurt Sauce

Leftover Tip: Use cooked chicken from a roast or meal prep.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp paprika or mild chili powder

  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 3 whole grain wraps or pita

  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt + squeeze of lemon + pinch of garlic powder

Steps:

  1. Toss chicken with oil and spice in a pan (just to warm up and flavor).

  2. Spread yogurt sauce in wrap, layer chicken, cucumber, and carrot.

  3. Roll up and slice in half.
